Today, we are thrilled to introduce Strella, a customer research platform that uses AI-moderated interviews and real-time synthesis to deliver human insights in hours, not weeks. Alongside this launch, we’re proud to announce our $4M seed funding, led by Decibel Ventures with participation from Unusual Ventures and other angel investors. This seed investment fuels our mission to make fast, high-quality customer insights accessible to every company.

The Problem: Balancing Speed and Quality in Customer Research

Starting our careers in UX Research, Product, and Consulting, we’ve both believed that companies should always use customer data as their north star. Listening to customers and actioning on their feedback is imperative for both product development and marketing. But in our experiences until this point, it’s been too time-consuming and challenging to gather actionable customer insights. We can’t tell you the number of times we were told, “Yes, you can run customer research, but it will delay our launch by 8 weeks and we can’t push out the timeline” or “Sorry, we just don’t have the capacity to get feedback from customers right now.” The problem is only getting worse as competition gets fiercer and companies move faster. Feeling the impact of this pain point across so many different roles inspired us to solve this problem together - we knew there had to be a better way.
